This concept house uses 3 20-ft shipping containters, a 10-ft container, and a 40-ft container. It is designed to fit on our hillside with a 2-car garage on the street, and a "granny" or accessory-style house below. The front-facing container houses the living room which opens to the deck with a garage-style door, increasing living space and opening up the room to the deck and outdoors.
